Healing — living fully, beyond shame
You feel like something is off. You’re feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, disconnected, stuck. You want to understand your own reactions, build healthy and sustaining relationships, feel grounded and present in your day to day life. I can help! With over a decade of experience, I provide LGBTQIA-affirming and trauma-responsive therapy for youth, adults, and families.
We are complex human beings on a constant journey to our fullest selves. Transformative shifts are possible when we embrace our stories, fears, and vulnerabilities with curiosity and compassion. My approach focuses on supporting you in reconnecting with all parts of yourself so that you can build meaningful and lasting change in your life.
